Our price is locked in
When you book one of the three houses through Surfer Element, the price you see is the price you pay, and it doesn't rise later, even if that house's own direct price goes up afterward. All three houses have agreed to this as a standing arrangement, not a one-time launch offer.
What this means in practice
- The price and surf program are identical at all three houses: SurfsHUB Tamraght, Cactus Surf & Skate House and Hakuna Matata Guest House.
- Once you book through Surfer Element, your price for that stay is fixed. It won't change between booking and arrival, and it won't be affected if the house later raises what it charges travellers booking direct.
- You pay a 15% deposit on this site at the time of booking. The remaining 85% is paid directly to the house, in cash, when you arrive. This is the same arrangement already used across Tamraght's surf houses.

Shared dorm room is the base price. A private room is +€20 per room per night.
Included at all three houses: all meals, daily coaching, daily yoga, and the airport transfer both ways: pickup from Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA) when you arrive, and the drop-off when you leave. The transfer isn't a paid add-on; it's in the price shown above.

Why we can offer this
We negotiate the rate directly with each house. In exchange for a lower, fixed rate, the three houses get bookings from markets they can't easily reach on their own. Several of our visitors come from France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, on top of Germany, and not every house has its own site in all of those languages. It's an ordinary wholesale arrangement, the same way a hotel gives a tour operator a rate below its own front-desk price in exchange for bookings it wouldn't otherwise get.
What we don't claim
We don't currently show a "cheaper than booking direct" comparison on this site. Today, prices booked through Surfer Element and prices booked directly with each house are the same. The real advantage of the lock is what happens later: if a house raises its own direct price, your price through Surfer Element stays where it was when you booked. We'll only ever show a specific, dated, per-house savings comparison once it's actually true for that house — never a blanket "lowest price" claim.
